EECCC participates in the Child and Adult Food Program (CACFP), a Federal program that provides healthy meals to children in child care. Our full-time chef serves breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack to the children each day. Children and teachers eat together at tables family-style, serving themselves from bowls and pitchers at each table. We follow the USDA meal requirements and work to assure the healthiest ingredients in every meal served. We have a six-week rotating menu that includes a wide variety of healthy foods. A vegetarian option is also provided daily.
The center is peanut/tree nut free, and has a healthy birthday snack policy. Please see our chef or the director with questions about the food program.
